· Is the price including GST?
Yes ,all the price are GST inclusive.
· How long is the warranty?
All the products we sell come with one year warranty unless specified, original invoice must be provided .
· Do I have to create an account before I can make a purchase?
Yes, you have to create an account and you can check your order status afterward.
· Do you provide Tax Invoices for GST purposes?
Yes we do. These are sent with the item if billing address is not provided. Or these will be sent to your billing address after the item has been sent out.
· What if I puchased item is out of stock?
If you purchased an item which is out of stock you can wait until the stock comes or you can cancel your order without penalty, we will contact you if you have purchased a unstocked product, or contact us if you want to cancel your order. Please note new stock may result a higher price and iFocus reserved the right to increase the price or to cancel your backorder.
· After I submit an order, how will I be advised of the order\\\\\\\'s progress?
We will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.
· Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling customer service at 09 5206251. Once our warehouses have processed an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
· I didn\\\'t see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?
If you didn\\\'t see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last order confirmation button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. You may wish to contact our us at 09 5206251 to make sure your order was received.
· How do I pay?
We accept payment from Credit Card, Direct Debit, EFTPOS (in store). Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully cleared.

· How much do you charge for credit card payment?
We do not charge extra fee for credit card payment on our website, however, a 3% surcharge will apply at our retail stores.

· Do you offer any finance options?
Yes, we can offer finance on orders if the total is over $1000. All financing is subject to normal lending criteria. Please call Flexirent on 0800 444 827 before you placing the order to get approval. And when ordering, please note in the special instruction field that you would like to pay by finance.
· How much is the feight?
Freight charge is variable depending on the area we are shipping to and the weight/size of the product, the freight cost will be displayed as soon as you add the item in the cart.
· Does iFocus.co.nz deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes excluding oversized item.
· When will my order arrive?
Depending on the product stock level, if stock level indicator is in Green, all orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 2 working days, it will ususally arrive the next business day, otherwise it will arrive the following day.
· Can I go to your showroom directly to purchase the products?
Yes, you can. But please do call first to make sure the product you are after is available from our showroom address.
· What is your policy on return products
ALL software or games are non-refundable once purchased and delivered, please choose carefully.
All other returns MUST be in resalable condition with complete packaging/manuals/software. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice within 7 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return goods.
· How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?
Please call us on 09 5206251 to request an RMA number. Alternatively, you can login to your account, and click return this item in your order history.
· Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. iFocus will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. iFocus must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
