Product Description D-Link announces another addition to the D-Link AirPlus Xtreme™ G series of wireless networking products–the DWL-G810 Wireless Client Adapter. The DWL-G810 converts any Ethernet-enabled device into an 802.11g wireless device. Delivering wireless connectivity at data transfer rates of up to Up to 108Mbps*, the DWL-G810 is 15x faster than standard 802.11b (when used with other D-Link AirPlus Xtreme™ G devices).
The DWL-G810 Wireless Client Adapter works with any Ethernet-enabled device, such as game console, media set-top box**, or printer. The DWL-G810 is ideal for a video game console, allowing you to wirelessly connect to a broadband Internet connection for a better multi-player online gaming experience. You can also use the DWL-G810 Wireless Client Adapter to add a wireless connection to any Ethernet-enabled printer.
The DWL-G810 Wireless Client Adapter is a true plug & play device that requires no configuration and is ready to work right out of the box. This compact (Ethernet-to-Wireless) adapter supports several advanced Security features including Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA***) and 128-bit WEP encryption. Advanced configuration is easy to do through the Web-based utility.
The DWL-G810 Wireless Client Adapter works with all 802.11g networks and is backwards compatible with 802.11b networks. This high-speed Ethernet-to-Wireless Client Adapter provides quality performance and allows to add virtually any networkable device or a peripheral to your wireless network.
